Hotels may have suffered over the last year, but they are seeking new solutions to bring in more profit. Even before the pandemic, hotel restaurants largely provided food only to hotel guests and did not generate impressive profits. With the rise in popularity of ghost kitchens that prepare to-go orders without a seated dining experience, hotel owners have discovered an opportunity to lease out their restaurant spaces and bring in more local customers.
