The commercial real estate acronym of the month is “EDLP” OR “Every day, Low price". Compared to hi-lo retailers that offer periodic sales, EDLP retailers offer consistently low prices. Amazon’s EDLP and online format allowed them to top all other U.S. grocery retailers in the 2020 duhnhumby Retailer Preference Index.
