CSA Exclusive: Bed Bath & Beyond’s Omnichannel Transformation

The commercial real estate word of the week is “BOPIS”: buy-online-pickup-in-store. In 2020, Bed Bath & Beyond had great success moving from multichannel to omnichannel commerce and integrating a buy-online-pickup-in-store strategy. They’ve continued to improve their sales and customer satisfaction by optimizing their checkout process and reducing the steps required for a customer to check out.
