Our team worked with Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend in creating a strategy and providing site selection/brokerage services for a new, long-term home to service families, children, and staff. From site selection and negotiating terms of transaction, to space design, permitting, and customizing precisely to the color of the paint, we were involved at every level in both coordinating and executing the project.
