Graham earned his Masters of Arts in real estate from the University of Florida in 2000. He has over ten years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, site selection, project management and brokerage; and over four years in launching and directing the Leon County Division of Real Estate. His past, private sector clientele include owners and users of commercial real estate throughout the southeast and a large retail corporation with a national presence. Most recently, his main focus was managing 200,000+ square feet of commercial real estate, as well as, a 440+ property portfolio of land and buildings for Leon County where his focus was property management, project management and leasing vacant space. He worked closely with owners, tenants and facilities personnel to deliver a high level of service to properties he managed. Prior to joining Leon County, Graham worked for a developer of Tractor Supply Company stores to develop projects in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. He then worked for the southeast division of Slokker Real Estate Group, the largest residential developer in Holland. With Slokker, he secured land for development of high end apartments, and identified under performing, income producing real estate assets for investment.
